4. Processing Precautions & Storage
Pre-treatment: ABS board has strong moisture absorption. It needs to be dried in an environment of 80-90 ℃ for 1-2 hours before processing to avoid the formation of bubbles during the vacuum molding process.
Environmental limitations: Standard ABS has poor weather resistance and is prone to aging due to UV exposure during long-term outdoor use, requiring the addition of UV resistant additives or surface coating protection.
