01. Product classification introduction:
Excellent mechanical performance
High impact resistance: Combining the high strength of PC with the high toughness of ABS, the impact strength can reach 18-45 kJ/m ², and it is not easily brittle at low temperatures, making it suitable for structural components that are susceptible to impact.
High strength and hardness: The tensile strength is about 50-70 MPa, the bending strength is 80-110 MPa, and the Rockwell hardness is around R110, with good wear resistance and deformation resistance.
Good heat resistance
The heat distortion temperature (HDT) is between 100-130 ℃, and the Vicat softening point can reach 112-142 ℃. It can be used stably in higher temperature environments and is suitable for heating components such as electronic appliances.
More heat-resistant than pure ABS, solving the problem of poor heat resistance of ABS, suitable for scenarios that require high-temperature treatment after injection molding.
Excellent processing and formability
Good melt flowability, easy to process into complex shapes through injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc., short molding cycle, and high production efficiency.
High surface smoothness, suitable for secondary processing such as painting, electroplating, printing, etc., widely used for product shells with high appearance requirements.
Dimensional stability and environmental adaptability
Low water absorption rate, small coefficient of thermal expansion, able to maintain good dimensional accuracy under temperature changes, suitable for precision component manufacturing.
It has certain moisture-proof and UV resistant properties, extending outdoor service life, and is commonly used for automotive components and outdoor equipment casings.
Chemical and flame retardant properties
Has a certain tolerance to common acid-base and inorganic solvents, but may swell in strongly polar organic solvents such as ketones and esters.
Flame retardants can be added to achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards, meeting the safety requirements of electronic and electrical products.
